My Approach

Through mindful awareness and creative exploration, my approach honors the body, intuition, ancestry, and everyone’s personal story. I recognize that mental health does not exist in a vacuum, but is deeply intertwined with history, identity, and systems of power.

In this space, art becomes both a mirror and medicine—a way to process, reclaim, and reimagine.

A person sitting at a white table using a silver laptop, holding a pencil in one hand, with a notebook open in front of them and a glass of water nearby.
A young man sitting on a beige bench, writing in a notebook, in a room with wooden wall decor and a framed abstract picture. He is wearing a gray polo shirt and light-colored pants, with shadows from a window cast on the wall behind him.

Art making is a practice rooted in presence, expression, and liberation.

I invite individuals to slow down, listen inwardly, and express their lived experiences through the art they create.
