What We Offer

Through ritual art, meditation, and mindfulness-based creative practices, we cultivate spaces for reflection, healing, and conscious transformation.

Our online and in-person workshops are designed to support healthy habits, reduce stress and anxiety, and deepen one’s sense of balance, presence, and well-being.

Our Process

Daily Journaling

Handwriting vs. Typing:

Enhances emotional processing and self-regulation.

Supports memory encoding and learning.

Encourages slower, deeper cognitive engagement

Facilitates sensorimotor integration, improving focus

Reduces distraction and cognitive overload linked to digital devices

Mindful Meditation

We generally focus outward when looking for beauty and friendship, rarely looking inward first. Becoming friends with yourself is a meditative approach to developing compassion towards others, beginning with the Self.

Meditation helps you to become a gentle friend to yourself in order to know how to give compassion to others.

Repetitive Art

Artists would often speak about the influences they received from Eastern cultures like meditations, mantra recitation and geometric illustrations.  This lead me to repetitive art  styles that include meditation, mantras and geometry.

This artistic approach helped me to see things in everyday life more clearly and objectively.  Creating art by hand helps you to see the details in life that would normally be overlooked.  This gives the viewer a different perspective to deal with the reality of their life.

Workshops

Mindfulness is creating awareness of the present moment, including thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations.

The benefits of practicing mindfulness include increased attention to one’s thoughts and feelings without judgment, decreases in psychological symptoms due to stress and anxiety as well as physical pain, and increased pleasure in the moment.

  • "Absolutely fabulous work Joel. I love your pitch video, the visuals, and your artist statement. I also appreciate that this is an expensive project; that you picked materials and location based on what serves the ritual/installation and weren't afraid to go big. Awesome! "

  • "What a beautiful reflection and image Joel; the depth and color feel like they're pulling me into the screen. Congratulations on this. I hope you are very proud! "

  • "The way you describe art as a tool for healing and self-understanding. Your mix of traditional and digital work feels meaningful, especially using reclaimed materials to honor the past. I’m curious—how do you choose your symbols and materials for each piece?"

    Former Customer

  • " I love that there's a shared spiritual aspect evoked from a community. It makes me wonder how powerful many energies can be when they come together. Really great work here. "

    Former Customer

  • "Kudos to you on your professionalism and execution here. I appreciate that you were able to offer some context in your artist statement as to how you relate to your ideas and artwork. "

    Former Customer

  • "The Buddhist teachings I've learned here have been valuable to me, too. :) I love how you put "that our tendency is to try to stop the world from spinning in order to savor a moment"... It really makes my habits of trying to control life seem so senseless! Glad to know I'm not the only one who does it! :) Thank you for sharing your insight."
